The NZES mentoring scheme 2024 is now open for participants to sign up. The aim of the scheme is to connect members throughout the country and give everyone an opportunity to share their experiences. We’ve been running it for several years now, and the feedback has been very positive.
We're looking for mentees and mentors. Mentees can be students or early career ecologists (typically within 7 years of completing their highest qualification allowing for career gaps) and mentors can be anyone working in ecology. Mentees must be current members of NZES and mentors are encouraged to join or renew their membership. Sign up for the mentoring scheme here: NZES Mentoring Scheme sign-up form
